Advertising Opportunities
As part of our effort to make this show successful, we have several additional advertising and promotional opportunities for our show vendors. A listing in our show directory (included in the “Bride Bags” and the entrance booth) as well as the vendor listing in The Orangeville Banner show page are included as part of your show cost. The following is a listing of other ad/promo opportunities.
Show Directory Display Ads
The show directory will be a glossy full colour advertisement for our show vendors. This booklet will be given out to all attendees and will be inserted into the pre-registered “Bride Bag”. All businesses will have their name and contact information listed in the appropriate section of the show guide. In addition to a business name listing we have several display ad spaces available at the following cost, artwork is included:

Half Page 4 x 5.5 - $135
Quarter Page 4 x 2.25 - $75

Pre-registered “Bride Bag”
Brides are given the opportunity, through the show website, to pre-register their attendance to the show. This is not mandatory nor is there a cost to the bride to do this. The benefit is that they will receive a “Bride Bag” upon entrance to the show that will contain valuable coupons and gift certificates from vendors. The cost to insert something into these bags is $50.
Bride Booth Bingo
In an attempt to drive more traffic to the all areas of the show and to encourage traffic flow in general, we have developed a Bride Bingo game. This game sheet will include the logo/booth # of participating vendors whom the brides must visit. Brides will get a stamp on their sheet from that business and if they return their filled in sheet to the registration table they will get entered into a draw to win a gift certificate from one of our vendors.
If you would like your business on this game sheet the cost is $50.
Main Stage Time
We will have a main entertainment stage running shows throughout the day. We have several opportunities to participate in our Fashion Show which will run at 11am and 2pm. We are looking for vendors to participate in the following areas for this section of the show, there is no cost to participate this year:
- Fashion Attire (wedding gowns, bridesmaid/flower girl gowns, mother of the bride/
groom gowns, tux/suit rentals etc.)
- Accessories (purses, shoes, jewelry, etc.)
- Make-up/ Hair
- Flowers
We have time-slots available for other entertainment in 20 min sets. (FREE with booth, $100 without) These times are meant for DJ’s, Musicians, Dancers, Fitness Instructors etc
ALL ADVERTISING MUST BE CONFIRMED AND ARTWORK RECEIVED NO LATER THAT FRIDAY FEBRUARY 10th 2012. If you need help to design your ad, please let us know and we can assist you with that. A form is available on our website under the Vendor Information tab that you can fill out with your requested ad type and submit to us. One of our staff will contact you to make payment and artwork arrangements.
