
What is included with my booth purchase?
Each vendor is responsible for the contents and set-up of their booth space. Drapery and separators will be supplied by show management but tables, chairs and other articles must be rented from our show set-up supplier.
What size are the booths?
Standard booths are 10 x 10 (100 sq. ft), Side-by-side booths are 10 x 20, (200 sq. ft) and double, corner booths are a 300 sq ft space. All booths are booked on a first come – first served basis with final payment due upon registration to guarantee requested booth space.
What types of advertising will be used for the show and where will it appear?
We will be advertising the show in a variety of ways including road signage, print media, and internet. We will be advertising in Dufferin County, Caledon, Simcoe, and Peel regions.

Are you offering exclusivity to any vendor/ business category?
No. In order to provide our attendees with the best possible show we have chosen NOT to limit our vendors in any way. We want to give our attendees variety when it comes to finding the best service provider for what they want for their wedding.
Do I have to provide a door prize or raffle prize?
No. We have no expectation that all vendors must have some type of giveaway as part of their booth. However, if they wish to, we encourage it. Vendors also have the option to have larger prizes included in the main show door prizes - which include a FREE HONEYMOON - as there will be additional advertising and promotion for the vendor if they are included in this.
How can I find out if the booth space I want is already booked?
Please contact our office for the most up-to-date listing of available booths spaces. But there is also an updates floor plan map on the registration page. However, that map may not be as up to the minute as calling our office.
How many guests attended last year's show?
We had just over 250 pre-registered brides attend with their guests. Our count shows a little over 750 people through the door.
