Registered Vendor Information
If you are one of our lucky vendors, you will need the following information to prepare for the show...
Each vendor is responsible for the contents and set-up of their booth space. Set-up will take place on Friday February 24th from 3pm to 8pm. If you need to move large scale items through the loading doors, you must set-up between 1pm and 3pm. If that will not work for your business, please contact the show manager.
Drapery and separators will be supplied by show management in WHITE but tables, chairs and other articles can be rented from our show set-up supplier in the event that you do not have your own. Please download the form below to order your show extras.

We ask that your booth is presented in a clean and professional manner and that all tables in your booth are covered properly. Booths are NOT carpeted. Please make arrangements for floor covering if you wish to have that in your booth. SHOW MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR BROKEN ITEMS WITHIN THE SHOW. Please keep an eye on your display merchandise.
We estimate over 250 brides plus their guests to attend the show. Take that into consideration when planning for print and advertising materials.
The show begins at 10am on Saturday February 25th. We ask that all vendors have their booths ready and set-up no later than 9:45am. The show will close at 4pm and we ask that you DO NOT take down any part of your booth prior to that time. Vendors who violate this policy will not be asked to return to the show next year.
We encourage all our vendors to promote this show to their clients, friends and associates to help drive even more traffic to the show. Please see our FaceBook page for an easy way to promote the show. We are anticipating a great turn out!
